The SP PNG Hunters have welcomed Gulf Isapeas captain, Bernard Goma, into the team for this weekend’s clash against the Redcliffe Dolphins.
The 25-year-old had his first training session with the team this week after playing 13 games with the Isapeas in the Intercity Cup competition. Goma started playing in local competitions in school before moving to the Intercity Cup, and now to the Hunters.
Hunters Coach, Michael Marum, says Goma was brought in due to the number of injured players in the team.
