PNG Prime Minister back from his first State Visit to Australia

Papua New Guinea’s Prime Minister has returned from his first state visit to Australia, stating the trip allowed his Government to establish the relations going forward with Australia. James Marape stated that a detailed report will be released in the coming days on agreements agreed on, including the refugee arrangement with Australia on when they will be resettled.

Pomio Cocoa making its debut in the Japanese Market

East New Britain’s Pomio cocoa farmers are gaining momentum in their efforts to break into new global markets with about 100 farmers of Poio Ward in the Melkoi LLG that have been engaged in the last 8 to 10 months in producing organic cocoa beans, to make its entrance into the Japanese market in the coming months.
