Prosecutors to drop rape charges against Neymar

Brazilian prosecutors are dropping a rape case against football star Neymar, they said on Thursday, likely bringing an end to the most serious of charges against the Paris St Germain striker.

The former Brazil captain was accused of raping a model in a Paris hotel room but he alleged the encounter was consensual and prosecutors could not find evidence to contradict that.

PNG Men’s National Football team on 2nd Day of Training Camp

The PNG Men’s National Football team are in day 2 of a training camp in Port Moresby. The camp began yesterday where skills and fitness have been tested.The men’s camp has been split into two groups, with the Port Moresby-based players going through the first training camp, while others selected from teams in Lae, Madang and the Highlands region will gather in Lae for their training camp which begins on the 22nd of April to the 24th. The training camp is to check players’ fitness and skill level and to see how they can play together as a team.
