Abigail Tere-Apisah Prepares for the World Class Asia-Pacific Tennis League

Papua New Guinea tennis star, Abigail Tere-Apisah, is currently preparing for her Asia-Pacific campaign set to take place next week in Melbourne, Australia.

The World Class Asia-Pacific Tennis League which will feature Abigail and some of the best tennis players from around the region.

The 23 year old, who grew up with parents who are certified tennis coaches, is now training in Brisbane, preparing for the tournament which begins on January 27.

After her defeat in the 2016 Queensland Money Race Championships last week to Slovakian , Zuzana Zlochova, Abigail will represent the Pacific region at the end of the month.

Following her outstanding performances at the recent Pacific Games on home soil, last July, Abigail is expected to once again make Papua New Guinea proud.
