The youths from Port Moresby North East will now be able to compete in the Ipatas Cup Southern Leg Competition, and North East Reform Youths Association Chairman, Stanley James, said the youths are grateful for the support and look forward to playing.
The Ipatas Cup Southern Leg will be held at the Murray Baracks oval, with the tournament set to begin at the end of the month. And the finals to be played in early February.
And as chairman of the competition, he was thankful for the support Okuk has provided for the youths to be part of the competition.
Carl Okuk has been supportive of Port Moresby North East Sport in the community, over the festive season he held a tournament for various sports such as rugby and volleyball.
The youths now look forward to competing in the Ipatas Cup with the hope of winning the tournament.
