The Port Moresby Men’s Softball competition pitched off game eight atthe Besini Diamonds with Gazelle defeating Wolves.
It was a much needed win for Gazelle beating Wolves eight points to one atthe bottom ofthe 5th innings.
The win may see an improverment in Gazelle’s standings asthey share 6th spot with Stingers onthe official point’s ladder.
Wolves onthe ther hand sit on 5th spot however that could well change withthe loss to Gazelle.
Gazelle’s pitcher made sure all strikes counted while Wolves batsmen were unable to meetthe speed ofthe ball.
Gazelle had experience ontheir side compared to a younger Wolves outfit that lacked on field and withthe bat as well.
