Morobe Governor, Kelly Naru, has blasted the Lae City Council for what he calls bad management that has led to the neglect of Lae City’s suburban roads.
Naru said while the Council’s budget had been cut progressively, the Council members had also spent large amounts of money for overseas travel.
Naru was responding to questions over why suburban roads had been allowed to deteriorate over 20 years.
