Arore’s Case Dismissed

The Popondetta District Court has dismissedthe court case for Ijivitari Member David Arore yesterday.

David Arore was charged earlier this year for official corruption involving properties using his position.

Provincial Police Commander Superintendent Victor Isouve said upon his arrest thatthe arrest culminates eight months of investigations. Arore was charged on counts of Official Corruption, Treating and Beibery.

Senior Magistrate Bell Noki presided overthe case and dismissed it on lack of evidence.

Mr. Arore welcomedthe decision saying he can now concentrate on service delivery to his people.
