A school in Wau, Morobe Province has not received its full component of subsidies for the first term.
Samson Wangi, Head Teacher of Kasangare Primary School, says his school’s share of the Tuition Fee Free Funds have dwindled over the five years he taught there.
In the last three years, the funding has gone from K30,000 to K8,000 shared in components.
