The Opposition has started legal proceedings to challengethe Manus asylum seeker issue in court.
It has engaged Henao Lawyers to file two applications relating tothe issue.
The applications seek to free and repatriate asylum seekers back to Australia and to declarethe whole asylum detention scheme unconstitutional.
