Eighteen months after establishing their brand, EMTEK Multimedia has officially become a part of next year’s patriotic event, the Port Moresby 2015 Pacific Games.
The Pacific Games next year not only is a milestone for the development in PNG, but a monumental milestone itself, for Media as a whole in the country, as it will set the benchmark for creative industries around the Pacific.
With 429 days till the Port Moresby 2015 Pacific Games, the Games Organizing Committee announced Emtek Multimedia as their Exclusive production partner.
Under this partnership, EMTEK Multimedia will be responsible for all Port Moresby 2015 Pacific Games in-country Marketing, Promotion and Awareness, across television, radio, newspaper and commercial production.
CEO of the Games Organizing Committee (GOC), Peter Stewart, embellishes the wonderful partnership between the Pacific Games and EMTEK Multimedia, as he believes this will help authenticate and build up the games prior to 2015.
Marketing and Communication Manager, Ken Siminji, also gave his remarks on the social and economic value of this partnership to the Pacific Games.
Present at the media conference held earlier today, CEO for Media Niugini Limited, Bhanu Sud’s message was reflective and mirrored Mr Stewart’s message of unity, giving the PNG public an opportunity to take ownership of the games.
The partnership has enabled Media Niugini Limited, to not only showcase the company’s abilities and potential, but showcase Papua New Guinea’s capacity and growth on the world sporting arena.
