The people of Oro have come togther to hostthe Oro Tapa and Tattoo Festival.
A corporate dinner was held in Popondetta town to launchthe festival and promotethe province’s unique cultural heritage.
Sohe Member of ParliamentoDelilah Gore officially launchedthe festival signifyingthe preservation, protection and conservation ofthe artistic Tapa and tattoo design.
A sum of seventy thousand was raised that night.
The Tapa and Tattoo Festival will be staged onthe 16th and 17th of Novermber 2013 in Popondetta town.
