Local Company Hired To Clean Games Village

A local cleaning company has been engaged to undertake cleaning services at the Games Village.

Lae Everclean Limited signed a memorandum of understanding with the 2015 Pacific Games to clean and remove waste from the Games Village during the two weeks of competition from the 4th to 18th of July 2015.

GOC CEO Peter Stewart was delighted to have a local cleaning company tasked to ensure the Games Village is well looked after.

Chairperson of the Lae Everclean, Sarah Haoda, said they are enthusiastic and passionate about being part of the GOC.

“On behalf of my team, we will work in partnership with the Games Organizing Committee to ensure we deliver what is required of us to take care of the village.

We take pride in what we do and we will go that extra mile and give it our best to be part of a big sporting event like the 2015 Pacific Games.”
