Former Member and lawyer Alfred Kaiabe who is also a contender for the Hela Provincial seat claims that elections in Hela have failed.
He raised this concern after his observation in the province where he says the integrity and security of the elections were compromised.
He said there were no elections held within the provisions of the constitution and the Organic Law.
Mr Kaiabe is concerned that names of voters were not on the electoral roll prompting people to line up and vote, bribery was rife in the province and that presiding officers conspired with candidates and were marked accordingly.
He therefore said, there was no real election held for the Hela Province.
