2 Wins for Bulldogs & Diggers

The second week of Men’s Hebou Shield tournament saw Brian Bell Bulldogs and Digara Diggers register two wins.

Pacific MMI stumbled to two consecutive losses to drop out ofthe top three with Air Niugini Jets also losing boththeir matches.

Hebou Hammers is now number one onthe ladder afterthe round three.

Brian Bell Bulldogs registeredtheir first win with a thrilling one wicket win over tournament favourit’s, Hebou Hammer.

Hebou wonthe toss and were restricted to 8/92 by an impressive Bulldogs bowling outfit.

There were more upsets in round four as Brian Bell Bulldogs accounted for BeP Hearts by 21 runs in a high scoring thriller.

Hebou Hammers flexedtheir muscles asthe favourit’s ofthe competition with a thumping 79 run win over Pacific MMI Marlins.

The Hebou Shield heads intothe last round beforethe finals with Digara & Brian Bell fighting it out for a spot inthe top three whilst Hebou Hammers will be looking to consolidatetheir top position over BeP Hearts.

 Pacific MMI has an outside chance of makingthe top three ifthey can win big over Air Niugini Jets.
