Three suspects were arrested and charge for being in possession of dangerous drugs in the Nation’s Capital on Monday (29 October, 2018).
Special Service Division Senior Constable Perry Kageni said the suspects were seen in possession of 24.5kg Marijuana in taxi cab at 7:45am Monday morning.
The Marijuana bags were confiscated by the McGregor based Mobile Squad, the suspects were identified as Andrew Onne, Maia Dipo, and Paul Kowai all from Tapini, Goilala District in the Central Province.
The estimated street value of the Marijuana bags is about K40,000, the suspects were allegedly trying to transport the marijuana bags to Sabama and distribute them to their respective dealers.
