The Central Provincial education division says teacher training is key to addressthe drop in education standard inthe province.
The division has identiflied this asthe major hindrance.
Education advisor Philip Alu said teams will be sent out in two weeks tothe five hundred and forty four schools throughoutthe province to monitorthe performance of teachers.
