Ms Englbrecht has been inthe country for four years, and has contributed immensely in advocating for the rights of West Papuan Refugees.

She would like to seethe citizenship fee of K10,000 reduced, atthe moment refugees find it very difficult to affordthe fee.

There are over 8,000 West Papuan refugees in PNG /strong>,the majority living inthe Western province.

UNHCR is exitin PNG becausethere is a greater need for their presence inthe middle east but more so because ofthe current unfavorable global economic conditions.
