The Opposition arm of parliament wants the Tuition Free Fee be given to District Authorities to administer.
Opposition leader, Don Polye, says the current procedure has left large sum of money unaccountable.
The Opposition is disgraced with many schools in the country threatening to shut down.
Opposition leader, Don Polye, said the Tuition Free Fee Policy was abused through its processes leaving schools to receive less or no funding.
Polye said the Opposition strongly believes if money is given to District Authorities, money value will be put into effect.
He says a reason for the current situation is also the economy struggles of the country.
Meanwhile, Shadow Education Minister, Ken Fairweather, said the current administering and implementation of the TFF Funds must be seen as a lesson for health and other government policies.
The Opposition believes the District Development Authority can be a working mechanism to erase the TFF problem faced by the education system.
