After years of poor living standards and lack of development in Kaugere settlement in Moresby South, finally many rhetoric questions have been answered; when Member for Moresby South and Minister for Sports, Justin Tkatchenko did the official ground breaking, for new road construction to take place immediately.
Attached to the new road developments, water pipes and streets lights, and proper fencing for the area will also be looked at, in making sure all necessary developments occur accordingly with the aim to turn what the area has always been, a settlement to finally what can then be called a suburb.
Land allocations to individual houses in the area will also be allocated so that land can be developed to maintain high living standards, especially sanitation to change the face of the settlement to a suburb.
While stressing on construction developments in the area, human development, as mentioned by Minister Tkatchenko, education is a key component to every human development, and already the opportunities for youths in the area to further their education status to any institution will be granted and paid for, upon enrolments.
This will be the 8th road development to be constructed by Dekenai Construction in Moresby South covering, Vabukori, Bundi, Sabama and now Kaugere.
