Former Senior Vice President ofthPNG Football Association John Kapi Natto has expressed concern overthe manner in whichthe current national body is operating.
Alsothe current President of Hekari Soccer Association, Mr Kapi-natto has remained silent on allthe hype surrounding football inthe country.
He says he aimed to ensure thaPNGFA had workable Technical Department programs that reachthe grassroots level through local associations, but this was short lived when he was removerd from his position asthe senior vice president by David Chung.
Mr. Kapi-natto however says it is worrying how Mr Chung can ensure effective implementation of Football’s plans and programs when he doesn’t reside inthe country.
He said current President David Chung does not reside in PNG to ensurPNG Football is managed well.
Mr Kapi-natto saysthe never ending amendment ofthPNGFA Constitution is alarming given that every individual who has a position with FIFA must completetheir term and also be a president of a local football association to hold office on a national football board.
