Juffa to rebuild Police Force in Oro

Oro Governor Garry Juffa has vowed to rebuild the police force in Oro so that it can stamp out law and order problems in the province.

Today Oro has on 65 policeman and women, only a fraction of a ceiling of 360.

With a population of over 181,000, the Police/People ration is one to nearly 3,000.

Governor Juffa says the situation does not support law and order.

As a start, Police patrols have been set up to visit the town and rural areas to respond to crime.
