Executives of Hela Gimbo Association have commended those who have made it possible for the creation of Hela Province.
As the province will for the first time go to the polls, leaders are appealing to the people to vote for good leaders who will remain in the province and develop it.
Hela Gimbo Association was created to speak on issues affecting the people of Hela.
The Association also plans to increase its electorates from three to six in 2013 and further push for autonomy in 2017.
