Harlequins Rugby Football Union Club Fun Day

Following their presentation of Sports School kits to Bavaroko Primary School, Harlequins Rugby Football Union Club, hosted a fun-day.

The fun-day was an opportune time for former Kumul, David Westley, to mentor current players of the club.

While remembrance day was celebrated quietly in the Nation’s Capital, the Harlequins Rugby Union football club, hosted a fun-day for their players and family at the Bavaroko Primary School.

Current players braved the heat and took the opportunity to sharpen up on team set-plays, line-outs and skills drills.

Major sponsors of the Club, Trukai Industries, have engaged the experience of former Kumul, David Westley, to mentor the players as part of their preparations for the Semi-finals do-or-die matches this weekend.

The club is embarking on building their community partnerships and strengthening the clubs players and adding to their vast portfolio of grooming representative footballers.

Harlequins are a handful of rugby union clubs in the Nation’s Capital, along with Nova and Wanderers, to initiate development and community service programs for their respective clubs.

Harlequins Management hope today’s session, will equip the players not only for this weekend’s semi-finals match, but for their personal growth.
