Environment protection seriousy needs implementation

The Government needs to seriously address the issue of water quality and quantity for the country and its inhabitants.

PNG’s young ambassadors who represented the country at the 6th PALM Summit in Japan have called on the government to address this issue for future generations.

The youths discussed agendas outlined for the 6th PALM Summit then presented to their prime ministers.

The major concerns that were addressed were the Environment protection and conservation. Student representative from PNG told counterparts from other Pacific Island countries that PNG has so much to offer to the world but is abusing all its resources.
