CIS Authorities Confirm : No jail break-out

Authorities at the Bomana Prison, outside Port Moresby, said rumours of a jail break-out from Bomana are not true.

However, EMTV News has confirmed that there was an argument between inmates earlier at the Minimum Security Unit this morning.

This resulted in a few gun shots fired into the air.

When visiting the prison at 10:30am today, EMTV News was told the situation is under control and has been addressed.
