NCD Regional Candidate Ambassador Aiwa Olmi claims ballot boxes were almost hijacked by a disbanded group of policemen at Don Bosco Technical School Gabutu at about midday on Thursday, June 28.
Ambassador Olmi and other Regional Candidates alleged the group was carrying out orders by incumbent Governor Powes Parkop.
Parkop has however refuted the claims.
