Bomana Off Season Rugby League Competition

Ninety-two teams have registered with the Bomana off Season rugby league competition, which has kicked-off in the Moresby North east electorate.

These teams are competing in the A and B grade divisions.

This competition kicked off last Friday is now into its 9th round.

President Joshua Minok said this competition was specifically held to refrain youths from causing trouble, smoking marijuana and consuming alcohol.

The Bomana Off season is an ongoing rugby league competition was hosted for youths to be trouble free.

This is the sixth year for this competition and meanwhile it is running smoothly into the finals.

Many sponsors including Karl Okuk have tapped in to sponsor teams to participate in this competition.
