Papua New Guinea’s telecommunication service provider, Bmobile-Vodafone, opened its first corporate flagship store at Vision City’s new wing today.

Designed to worldwide Vodafone standards, the store is their largest yet and can cater for both retail as well as business customers.

The hundred square metre store was built to accommodate Bmobile-Vodafone’s now expanding customer base.

The company’s Chief Marketing Officer, Parag Panjwani, at the inauguration today said that the store was like any other Vodafone flagship store around the world.

“It’s like any other Vodafone store around the world and the most important component, the staff have undergone rigorous training to ensure the world class standards are maintained.”

Various stations including the Techzone, happy to help and pay here counters are components that are relatively new in this store compared to previously established stores.

Customers will be able to buy new connections, replace sim cards buy airtime or buy handsets from the wide range displayed in the store.

Among these stations is the business concierge; installed to serve their business customers.

Bmobile-Vodafone looks to establish similar branches in other provinces, to facilitate their growing customer base in what Panjawi described as customer-centred approach.
