Over 60 delegates from the Asia Pacific are in the country attending the Asia Pacific Tele-community Preparatory Meeting.
This is a lead up of to the World Telecommunication Development Conference that will be held in Argentina later this year.
This is the second APT ICT meeting hosted in the country and is among other conferences that will be held before the World conference.
