All Blacks Lend Helping Hand for Airline Safety

By Tokana Hasavi – EMTV, Port Moresby

They might have won the Bledisloe Cup on the weekend against Australia, but the New Zealand All Blacks are also engaging in an off-field pursuit that will be vital in making air travel safe.

The All Blacks have teamed up with Air New Zealand for their latest on board safety video being rolled out across their fleet.

Featuring captain, Richie McCaw, and star fly half, Dan Carter as Men in Black agents, the video is inspired by the movie of the same name.

Israel Dagg and other team mates, Keiran Read and Sam Whitelock star alongside their coach, Steve Hansen.

The Men in Black spoof is the latest in a string of entertaining safety videos from Air New Zealand, many of which have gone viral.

A take-off on The Hobbit movie trilogy ‘The Most Epic Safety Video Ever Made’ released last year has more than 14 million views on YouTube.
