Landowners from the Juha PDL 9 area of the Southern Highlands are concerned whether the 2013 budget would cater for their outstanding payments.
They claim the government owes them money in excess of fifty-million-kina (K50 million).
According to the budget, only fifty-million-kina has been allocated for all landowner settlements.
