20 Days of Human Rights Activism Begins

The 20 days of Human Rights Activism for 2018 has begun.

With the National theme ‘Act now to end Gender Based Violence in the World of Work- Speak Out, Nau Yet, Nau Yet,’ the 20 days will see a total of 20 Human Rights programs being staged.

Within the period of 20 days from November 20th to December 10th, various Human Rights program will be observed by the public, Non-Government organizations and their supporting partners.

The 20 days of Human Rights Activism Program with the Magna Carter PNG’s Program marking the Universal Children’s Day at Lasalle Technical College.

The Universal Children’s Day was the first of the 20 Human Rights programs that would be observed during the 20 days.

All these programs within the 20 days will help people to understand their human rights as well as knowing their responsibilities that come along with their rights.
