WOMEN’S MICRO BANK CONDUCTED INDUCTION FOR STAFF IN SEPIK REGION

Women’s Micro Bank branches in the Sepik region (East and West Sepik) conducted an induction for staff which was facilitated by the country manager of Sunking in PNG Andrew Tegete and assisted by Helen Polei of NGF Limited.

Mr Tegete said the induction covers the following areas, Product Know, Support Services, Sales Knowledge training, Brain Storming and how to properly carry out the program in Wewak during the pilot stage.

He said the road show started on Tuesday in Wewak, Wednesday will be in Kusambuk and Thursday in Maprik and will continue to the rest of the East and West Sepik provinces.

The Road show is basically to market or showcase the new Mama Bank loan product called ‘Sola Pawa Dianu’.

Mr Tegete said he was so delighted to go to Wewak and meet the Mama Bank staff in the Sepik Region and understand their challenges to make informed decisions to serve people better.

The Women’s Micro Bank CEO Gunanidhi Das was also present during the induction and to support staff to roll out the new Sola Pawa Dinau loan product.
