Wesley Snipes is out of Jail early on good behavior. He was sent home fromthe Pennsylvania federal prison last Tuesday, 8 months shy of his full 36 month sentence.
Snipes has been placed under home confinement and will be overseen till July 19 bythe New York Community Corrections Office.
Belonging to a group that opposesthe government’s legal function of collection of taxes,the 50-year-old actor claims that he did not have a fair trial and had put an appeal forward in an Atlanta court.
