The former UNITECH Vice Chancellor, Misty Beloiloi, has been arrested and charged with conspiracy to defraudthe state and misappropriation but was released on bail.
Speaking to reporters outsidethe Lae Police station, he said he will, defendthe matter in court and that he wantsthe truth to be told.
