Stones Taekwondo will be kickstarting it’s Stop Violence Against Women program on July 11. The program will run for four weekends and Master Jamuga Stone will conduct intensive training.
This follows on from their Stay Strong Kick Drugs out of PNG program, which is popular amongst youths in the National Capital District (NCD).
With all forms of violence against women in NCD and the country increasing daily, prominent combat martial arts and fitness expert Jamuga Stone has planned a special martial arts and fitness program for women. Stone hopes the program will change women’s mind-sets to promote a healthier lifestyle, be security conscience and instill self-confidence in their everyday routine whether at home or at work.
He will be going through general fitness, basic self-defence, one-on-one confrontation and more. It will be held at the Sir John Guise Indoor Stadium with many women expected to register.
The program will start on July 11 and end on August 6, 2016.
Registration has begun and will close on July 8.
