With only 56 days to the PNG Games, Sports Minister, Justin Tkatchenko, told local media on Monday that PNG games will proceed as normal. He assured the media that all PNG games sporting facilities are at 90 precent completion, and should be ready in time for the games.
He said the PNG Games Council, and Organising Committee with the support of the local government, and Papua New Guinea Sports Foundation are working closely together to help deliver the games on time.
Meanwhile, Team NCD and Central, as well as other provinces are already putting all their final efforts to prepare and get their coaches, athletes and officials ready to set foot on host province in March.
