Papua New GuineaSport Anti-Doping Organization (PNGSADO) has stepped up onthe abuse of Performance enhancing drugs.
Dr. Bernie Amof,thPNGSADO Chairman, said its ongoing key activities or programs are to fight against drug abuse in sports.
The Papua New GuineaSport Anti-Doping Organization which is also known asthe National Anti-Doping Organization fights against drug abuse in sports in all forms.
ThPNGSADO is an independent non-government organization with mandated responsibility undertheWorld Anti-Doping Agency throughthe Oceania Regional Anti-Doping Organization andthPNGOC.
The work ofthPNGSADO is guided byWorld Anti-Doping Agency Policy direction on Drug Abuse in Sport.
Dr. Amof says all sporting codes need to play clean comethe 2015 Pacific Games.
Athletes, who are test positive on field and off field, will be banned for 4 years.
ThPNGSADO also playsthe important role of ensuring TeaPNG athletes participating at major international sports events are clean from taking performance enhancing drugs.
