Librarians saythe quality education can only be realized through having a library in each school.
This isthe challenge put forward bythe Director General ofthe National Libraries and Archives, Jacob Hevelawa.
He saysthe 90 percent of schools inthe country do not have libraries.
Bet this will improver underthe Compulsory school library project undertaken throughthe National Library.
