PNG Power Opens New Customer Service Centre in Port Moresby

PNG Power Limited opened its new customer operations office in Port Moresby this afternoon.

The modern office will be used to service its customers.

The new office space is part of PNG Power Limited’s plans for its front office improvement. It had cost K250,000.

Speaking during the office opening, General Manager Customer service, Upa Mingai, says it will serve PPL customers more effectively and efficiently.

The opening today is a added value to for its customers, as this changes will develop the company’s image, staff morale and service delivery.

CEO Chris Bais, says PPL values its customers in a big way by providing this comfortable service.

He also thanked PPL staff for their tireless effort working alongside him through thick and thin times.

Similar service centres will be rolled out in other major towns throughout tthe country.
