The Hebou PNG Barramundis arrived in Zimbabwe over the weekend and took on their first warm up match against Scotland on Monday.
Unfortunately, they went down fighting in a 7-wicket defeat.
Despite the defeat, the Barramundis now look to their first World Cup Qualifier match against the United Arab Emirates in pool A on Sunday, March 4th.
The Barras may not have always started their campaigns strongly, but they can put up a fight when it matters, as proven by their strong finish in the ICC World Cricket League Championship last year.
The onus now lies on the shoulders of the likes of Skipper Assad Vala, to lead his team through this campaign, like he did last year.
