Powes Parkop has expressed disappointment in the continous delay in counting for the Open and Regional seats in the Nation's Capital.
He said the decision to have only one ballot box for both the open and regional seat has proven to be one, if not the biggest blunder ever designed by the electoral commission.
Governor Parkop is concerned witht he risk of not meeting the deadline for the return of writs.
He said if the election pocess is not completed by the time parliament sits, any sitting MP who has not been declared in the 2012 elections, will automatically resume his seat because he is still the incumbent.
