The O&rsquO’Neill Foundation, the Charity founded by Prime Minister Peter O&rsquO’Neill will hold its gala dinner tonight.
Tonight’s occasion will mark and honor the first anniversary for the Foundations operations.
Last year’s event had accumulated over two million kina. The money was dispersed to charities and causes which were carefully chosen so that the benefit of the donation was wide spread.
The support was overwhelming and paved the way for the O’Neil Foundation to create footprints all around the country.
The remaining funds will be allocated to a visionary project called Project Was Was; A project that will aim to build public shower blocks.
“It is my Dream to create a clean and Healthy Environment for our People…. Project Was Was Is My Legacy,” said O&rsquO’Neill
The event tonight will feature a current Papua New Guinea’s music sensation Jokema, and Australian top list band and ‘Let Me down Easy’ Hitmaker Sheppard.
