2016 has already been a busy year for Netball PNG, with their new facility fully functioning and the Port Moresby Netball Competition in full swing.
Netball PNG now has plans to go one step further to introduce a Netball Super League before the end of 2016
Netball PNG plan is to take the level of netball played in the country to greater heights and to improve the standard of the code in Papua New Guinea.
With the Under 21 Singapore netball team in the country to play PNG’s Under 21 side, PNG Netball is using the opportunity to create a partnership with Singapore Netball to create avenues to develop the sport in both countries.
The board and management of Netball PNG are satisfied with how netball is taking off, not only here in the nation’s capital but throughout Papua New Guinea as a whole.
