NCD Volleyball Association will be heading into the second round of their 2016 season at the Taurama Aquatic Centre this weekend.

The competition is heating up with a higher level of players taking to the court.

In the women’s division, Ela Motors and PTPSL Telikom own the two top spots on the ladder after beating Jamas and MJ Electrical U-Mi Yet in round one last weekend.

Scorpions are currently occupying third placing, and their upcoming game will be one they have to win to improve their ranking.

They are expected to rely heavily on the likes of international players Isa Hicks and Michelle Walo.

Meanwhile, in the men’s division Strive Stars are tipped to upset ADF Laudanu, MJ Electrical U-Mi Yet will take on One Six Pawa, Scorpions are expected to contain Jamas, and Vailima take on Ela Motors.
