With only five days to go, the NCD teams have been doing intensive training at the Murray Barrack’s field and gym.

Head coach, Mark Keto, has been consistent with the performance and fitness level of the boxers taking the boxers for power, speed and conditioning training sessions.

The NCD team is prepared and is looking forward to the trials, held on 27-30 January at the National Sporting Institute in Goroka.
