Speaker of Parliament and member for Fincshaffen, Theo Zurenuoc, says despite unprecedented growth in Lae City, Morobeatns have missed out on opportunities.
He said for the last 15 years,the Provincial Government failed to help Morobeatns become part ofthe growth.
His comments come as he prepares for a forum that will seek views on howthe district should be developed over five years.
