Mona on Goilala Public Service Machinery

All public servants of Goilala District in Central Province will align bythe National Governments vision, with 2013, asthe year of implementation.

Local MP Daniel Mona saysthe public service machinery has been slacked, and has failed to deliver basic services tothe people.

Mr Mona says for too long Goilala has been labelled as least developed.

And in order for this perception to change,the public service machinery will be sharpened, to make surethey implementthe National Governments vision.

For this to happen, public servants will be provided with intensive training to effectively deliver services tothe people.

A program to be introduced this year isthe ‘All Sector Patrols’ inthe three Local Level Governments.

Public servants will visitthe LLGs and bringthe services at people’s doorstep, particularlythe health program.

Mr Mona said he will continue to priorit’se in education.
