He says Rugby League Administrators need to look atthe success of Rabaul Gurias and replicate it. Onlythen Rugby League in Papua New Guineacan take its place inthe international scene.
Proper Administration, proper coaching clinics and development of proper facilities should also be taken seriously for the good ofthe game.
